Tracy graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1990 with a degree in Business Administration. After working in sales and marketing for a Fortune 500 company, she turned down a managerial promotion to start her own business selling annuities and life insurance to business owners and individuals in York County, PA.

In 2013, Tracy chose to combine forces with her husband using her God-given talents as Director of Operations for Landis Financial Advisors, Inc. She uses her people skills and business experience to manage, provide sales and marketing training, compose promotional content, interview, hire, and manage business expansion projects.
Tracy retains a PA insurance license and AHIP Certification. Occasionally, she takes a break to enjoy life by spending time with her husband, Eric, and their labradoodle, Molly. Tracy also enjoys tennis and fishing.

Barb retired from Hempfield High School after teaching Spanish for 36 years. She enjoys doing clerical work in the insurance division and taking Molly & Oakley (our Directors of Client Therapy) outside to get their wiggles out. In her spare time, she enjoys camping at Raystown Lake with her husband, Greg, and her dog, Stuart.

Our office Doodle, Molly, primarily hangs out in the Insurance Division providing smiles on dog-lover's faces. She spends most of her day seeking treats, trying to get clients to play ball and giving kisses. When bored from napping, Molly looks out windows and watches squirrels.

Molly's little brother, Oakley, joined us March 2021. Currently in training, Oakley's already doing an excellent job of welcoming clients and bringing joy to our office. When not romping around with Molly, he is taking a nap in the sun or chewing on his favorite bone.
